    The KLYNG CUP Rising League is a high-performance, captain-led league designed as an official talent identification platform for the Canadian National Pickleball League (CNPL). The league mirrors the exact CNPL match format, competitive structure, and officiating standards, while delivering season-long performance data, public visibility, and private development analytics.

    Competition Standards
    • Matches run in CNPL format
    • All games are officially refereed with CNPL standard
    • Minimum of 5 matches per team per stop
    • Matches are linked to DUPR
    • Results tracked live with real-time standings
    • Designed to reflect pro-level volume and pressure
    Player Eligibility
    • 4.5+ level required
    • Special approval pathway for exceptional players under 4.5

    Players may submit a request for league approval.

    League Structure
    • 10 teams
    • Captain-led model
    • Each captain selects 4-6 players for a full-season roster
    • If the captain wants to bring a new player into the roster, the team has to drop one player from the current roster. That player will be a free agent for other teams to add.
    • 6 regular-season stops
    • Playoffs in August — Top 6 teams qualify
    • $500 per team per stop — Teams may field 4–6 players per stop
    • Each player will receive a KLYNG SWAG BAG
    • CASH PRIZES based on sponsorship
    Performance Visibility Tracking

    The Rising League uses a three-layer data visibility system to balance player development, competitive integrity, and CNPL talent identification needs.

    Layer 1 — Public Leaderboards

    Visible to fans, clubs, media, and CNPL owners

    • Team standings
    • Top Individual Players
    • Top Men's Doubles
    • Top Women's Doubles
    • Top Mixed Doubles
    • Games played & win percentages
    Purpose: Identify who is performing at a high level.

    Layer 2 — CNPL Owner Performance Snapshot

    Available to verified CNPL team owners only

    • Match-by-match results
    • Overall win percentage
    • Win % by format (men's / women's / mixed)
    • Average point differential
    • Consistency score
    • Playoff performance indicator
    Purpose: Evaluate reliability, versatility, and pro-readiness without noise.

    This data is standardized, comparable across players, context-aware, and designed for talent scouting decisions.

    Layer 3 — Private Player Dashboard

    Visible only to the individual player

    • Partner performance breakdowns
    • Trend lines across stops
    • Consistency variance
    • Contribution to team success
    Purpose: Support honest development, self-assessment, and long-term growth.

    This data is not public and is protected to ensure psychological safety, fair interpretation, and development-focused competition.
