- Location: Four Fathers Brewing Co., 125 Guelph Ave, Cambridge, ON N3C 1A5
- Entrance: Back of building (Four Fathers Pickleball Society entrance)
- Ball: DuraFast 40 green
- Format: Kings/Queens court format with partner rotation
Saturday Schedule
- 10:00am: Doors open
- 11:00am - 3:00pm: Female qualifiers (with court shuffle and break at 1:00pm)
- 3:30pm - 8:30pm: Open qualifiers (with court shuffle and break at 5:30pm)
- 8:30pm: Doors close
Sunday Schedule
- 8:30am: Doors open
- 9:00am - 1:00pm: Group A mixed qualifiers (with court shuffle and break at 11:00am)
- 1:30pm - 6:30pm: Group B mixed qualifiers (with court shuffle and break at 3:30pm)
- 6:30pm: Doors close
Tournament Format
This qualifier uses modified rally scoring with games played to a hard score of 21 (potentially reduced to 15 if matches run long). There is no freeze rule, and teams only need to win by 1 point.
The tournament follows a kings/queens court format where winning teams move up a court and losing teams move down. After each match, pairs split so former partners become opponents in the next game.
Purpose
The goal is to showcase as many different player matchups as possible, giving CNPL teams valuable data to analyze before the 2024 season draft. All other USAP rules apply.
